NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Police responded to an overnight shooting that happened in the 1200 block of Garden Drive around 10:35 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers located a teenage victim that appeared to be suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
