PORTSMOUTH, Va. - The Portsmouth Police Department is investigating after a shooting in the 900 block of Tazewell Street left a man injured Wednesday night.
The call call came in at 9:20 p.m. Police arrived on scene to find the man suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso.
The man's injuries are considered serious, and he was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
There is no suspect information at this time.
