PORTSMOUTH, Va. – An endangered teen who went missing Monday evening has been found safe.

According to detectives, 13-year-old Eric Lin has been found safe and unharmed. He was reported missing after he was last seen at his home in the 4200 block of County Street around 8:30 p.m. No one had been able to find him since he went missing.

Lin, a teenager with special needs, is non-verbal and is afraid of people he doesn't know. For this reason, detectives were concerned for his well-being.
