PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Portsmouth Police are investigating a homicide after one man was found killed on Sunday.
Police responded to a call regarding an unresponsive man around 2 p.m., in the 800 block of Nottingham Road.
35-year-old Andre Bethea was pronounced dead on the scene, police say.
