PORTSMOUTH, Va. - A pedestrian was rushed to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the crash happened around 12:42 p.m., in the 2000 block of High Street.
According to police, a man attempting to cross the street was hit by a male driver.
The pedestrian was rushed to the hospital to be treated for serious injuries, according to police.
Police are still investigating and no charges have been filed.
