PORTSMOUTH, Va. - The Portsmouth Police Department is looking for a male in connection to a series of crimes.
Officials say they are searching for 19-year-old Raequan F. Rucker.
Rucker has warrants for his arrest for two counts of gang participation, grand larceny, entering a vehicle, and trespassing.
Police say he may be armed and dangerous.
