PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Detectives with the Portsmouth Police Department have located a missing 13-year-old girl.
Amani Holmes was located by police after she was last seen in her home, located at 3855 Sugar Creek Circle, on August 23, 2020, around 12:30 a.m. Amani is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds, with brown hair with braids and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a White Ramen Noodle T-shirt and black sweat pants.
