PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Detectives of the Portsmouth Police Department need the public's help in finding a person of interest involved in a homicide.
Police say the shooting took place in the 10 block of Lake Forest Court on January 2, 2020.
According to detectives, they are currently trying to find 28-year-old Kwame Smith of Portsmouth.
Police ask if anyone has any information on the whereabouts of Kwame Smith to please call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
