PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Portsmouth Police is investigating a shooting that happened near the 2200 block of Pulaski St, around 2:21 am. Tuesday morning.
A woman was shot and sustained a life-threatening wound. She has been transported to a hospital for treatment.
This is the second shooting in Portsmouth within the last 24 hours, and the fourth shooting within the past week.
This investigation is ongoing.
