VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Virginia Beach Police Department's Missing Persons Unit was looking for a 79-year-old man who was last seen Tuesday.
Police said on November 17, Donald Speakman left his home in northeastern North Carolina and drove to Virginia Beach.
Virginia State Police say he was previously last seen around at Stiletto Hair Studio at 369 Independence Boulevard.
Around 3:15 p.m., on Thursday officials said the Senior Alert was canceled and that Speakman had been located safely.
