CHESTERFIELD Co., Va. - The Senior Alert for a missing 83-year-old woman who was last seen at a Chesterfield County hospital Monday night has been canceled after Virginia State Police say she has been found safe.
The Chesterfield County Police Department were looking for Katie Lindsey Henderson, who was last seen at St. Francis Hospital, located at 13710 St. Francis Boulevard in Midlothian, at 9 p.m. Monday.
State Police say Henderson was last seen driving a black 2010 Dodge Challenger with Virginia tags CYU. Officials didn't know where she was headed at the time she was reported missing, nor did they say where she was found.
Henderson is said to suffer from a cognitive impairment, and authorities say her disappearance posed a credible threat to her health and safety.
