Virginia State Police canceled a Senior alert that was issued on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs Police Department February 10, 2021.
They were looking for Jack Phillip Brown, a 68-year-old black man standing at 5'7", weighing 135 pounds with brown eyes, and gray hair.
Officials said he was last seen on February 10 11 a.m., at the intersection of 25th street and hull street in Richmond.
Brown suffers from a cognitive impairment and the disappearance posed a credible threat to his health and safety, officials said.
