VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Virginia Beach Police Department is on the scene of a serious crash involving a motorcycle in the 2300 block of Harper's Road.
The roadway was closed from Dam Neck Road to London Bridge Road while police investigated, but all roads have since reopened.
There is currently no word on how many people were involved in the crash or the number or extent of injuries.
