VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Virginia Beach Emergency Medical Services, Virginia Beach Fire Department and Virginia State Police are currently working a multi-vehicle crash on I-264 East at Independence Boulevard.
According to Virginia Beach EMS, the crash requires extrication. There is currently no word on any injuries or deaths, and exactly how many vehicles are involved is unclear.
Traffic is being diverted to exit 17 B, VDOT Hampton Roads said in a tweet.
