St. Paul’s Area Transformation Project seeks input on new housing design in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. – The St. Paul’s Area Transformation Project is seeking the public's feedback on two new proposed apartment communities located between St. Paul’s Blvd. and what will be the newly realigned Church St. behind the Hampton Roads Transit Center in Norfolk.

The city held virtual presentations to announce the new housing designs on September 2, 2020.

The feedback survey is available onlineor in-person at the following locations below:

  • Hunton YMCA, 1139 E. Charlotte St.

Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.Saturday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

  • People First Office, 447 Walke St.

Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

  • St. Mary’s Basilica, 232 Chapel St.

Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9a.m. – noon
The deadline for survey submissions is September 16.

The St. Paul’s Area Transformation project is led by the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority and the City of Norfolk. For more information, click here..
