Suffolk church to provide free meals amid pandemic

SUFFOLK, Va. - A Suffolk church is offering free dinner from local restaurants, amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Open Door Church announced it will offer free dinner starting March 31 from local Suffolk restaurants at 816 Kings Fork Road.

The church is set to have a drive thru method to offer the meals while supplies last.

On March 31 meals will be provided by Mason's Grill, on April 1 meals will be provided by Amici's Cafe, and on April 2, Al Forno Pizzeria will provide meals.

The drive-thru will begin at 3 p.m. each day.
