NORFOLK, Va. - Police arrested three teenagers who were allegedly involved in an armed robbery on Monday.
Around 10 a.m., officers responded to the 500 block of Washington Park for an individual robbery.
Police say they came in contact with a victim at the scene who claimed he was robbed at gunpoint.
The suspects demanded the victim’s property and assaulted him before fleeing, reports say.
As a result of the investigation, detectives have charged the following juveniles:
- 14-year-old of Norfolk, charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery
- 15-year-old of Norfolk, charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery
- 17-year-old of Norfolk, charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, and wearing a mask in public
The juveniles are currently being held at the Detention Center.
