YORK COUNTY, Va. - Deputies are investigating a crash that left two people dead on Monday.
Reports say the call for the incident came in around 1:40 a.m., for a single vehicle crash on Colonial Parkway near Queens Lake and Cheatham Annex.
The vehicle was said to have ran off the road and burst into flames. Two people have been pronounced dead in relation to this crash.
The roadway will remain closed for an extended amount of time as police investigate. There are no further details at this time.
