VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Police are investigating after two people were shot on Wednesday.
Around 11:45 p.m., the Virginia Beach Police Department tweeted that they were on the scene of a shooting in the 6100 block of Blacksmith Court,
Two adult victims were taken to the hospital with what police say looks like non-life threatening injuries.
22-year-old Deandre Ali Dagner was arrested and charged in connection to the incident with two counts of robbery, two counts of abduction, three counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony, two counts of aggravated malicious wounding, burglary, three counts of conspiracy to commit a Felony and wearing a mask in a public place.
