VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center posted on social media saying they are at critical capacity with cats.
The center said they need the public's help to get these cats their forever homes.
They have even waived all adoption fees for all felines to try and help the cuties get adopted.
