CHESAPEAKE, Va. - The Virginia State Police and the Chesapeake Police Department canceled a Senior Alert for a missing Chesapeake man with a cognitive impairment after he had been located.
Joseph Lee Harris III, 70, was said to have last been seen at 4 a.m. in the Western Branch section of Chesapeake.
On Friday, police stated that Harris had been located.
