Virginia State Police locate missing Fairfax Co. man with cognitive impairment

FAIRFAX Co., Va. - Virginia State Police have canceled a Senior Alert for a missing Fairfax County man who was reported missing Sunday night.

Police say 80-year-old Sheng Yiu Ho was found safely Tuesday.

He is described as an Asian man who is 5’8” tall, weighs 160 pounds. He has brown eyes and short, gray hair. He was last seen wearing a white dress shirt, light blue jeans, white New Balance shoes and a black L.L. Bean vest.

State Police say Ho was driving a silver 1997 Mercury Cougar with Virginia license plate XUL-7237.

Authorities say he suffers from a cognitive impairment and that the disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety.
