PRINCE GEORGE'S Co., Md. - Virginia State Police have canceled the Senior Alert for a missing Maryland man after he has been found safe.
The Prince George's County, Maryland, Police Department was looking for Ellsworth Scott, who was reported missing after he was was last seen around 7 p.m. on September 3 at his residence on 23rd Parkway in Temple Hills, Maryland.
According to Virginia State Police, the Senior Alert was canceled Friday evening after Prince George's County Police said Scott was safely located.
The missing senior suffers from a cognitive impairment, and his disappearance posed a credible threat to his health and safety as determined by the investigating agency.
