PORTSMOUTH, Va - Portsmouth Police is investigating a homicide that took place early Thursday morning.
A woman, 27-year-old Kenyona Neshay Bailey was found with a fatal gunshot wound near the 1600 block of Cavalier Blvd around 12:41 a.m.
At this time the victim has not been identified.
