NORFOLK, Va. - Police have identified the woman whose body was pulled from the water near the Willoughby Boat Ramp in the 9700 block of 13th View Street on November 27.
The call came in around 2:50 p.m. Police originally tweeted that the body was pulled from the water near W. Ocean View Avenue.
On December 12, officials identified the woman as 39-year-old Conswella Edmonds of Norfolk.
The woman's death is still being investigated as undetermined, and there are no signs of foul play.
There is no further information.
