VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - As much of Virginia moves into Phase One of reopening Friday, local businesses are getting ready to welcome customers back through their doors.
Virginia Beach Town Center has compiled a list of stores and restaurants that are currently open for business.

Cantina Laredo says: All employees will be wearing gloves and face masks at all times. All doors, walkways, restrooms, etc. will be cleaned and sanitized every 30 minutes. Every guest will be given new, disposable menus. All employees will have temperature taken upon entry to restaurant. All guests will be distanced when seated.

In a special virtual meeting Thursday afternoon, the Virginia Beach City Council voted unanimously to to approve an ordinance allowing Acting City Manager Tom Leahy to approve temporary outdoor dining permits. Restaurants can serve at 50% percent of their outdoor capacity.
