CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Tickets are on sale for the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home giveaway, where one lucky winner can get the keys to a house valued at $740,000 — all in the name of supporting a charity that helps families dealing with childhood cancer.
The St. Jude foundation works to ensure the families of children with cancer never see a bill for treatment. And every year, St. Jude sells tickets to its dream home giveaway event to raise money for this critical cause.
The 2025 dream home is located at 1266 Sebastian Court in Chesapeake. It's got four beds, three baths in 2,800 square feet, with a wraparound porch, a chef's kitchen, two dining areas, and an owner's suite with tile shower, tub, and walk-in closet.
Construction on the home began in December.
This year, our partners at Southern Bank are also offering a $10,000 Visa gift card for early bird ticket buyers who purchase by Friday, May 9.
