NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - In this week's Hiking Hampton Roads, sports reporter Megan Plain explores The Mariners' Museum and Park's Nolan Trail in Newport News, Virginia.
According to the park's website, the park is 550 acres of privately maintained, naturally wooded property, which includes the 167-acre Lake Maury. Nolan Trail is five miles long and circles the lake.
