WILLIAMSBURG, Va.— William & Mary Interim Athletics Director Jeremy Martin has announced the Tribe’s 2021 fall football schedule, which is highlighted by five home games at Zable Stadium and a season-opening trip to Virginia.
The Tribe’s challenging slate will begin with three non-conference games, two of which will be on the road. After opening the season at Virginia on Sept. 4, W&M will host Lafayette the following Saturday (Sept. 11) before a trip to Colgate on Sept. 18.
W&M will begin its CAA schedule with a trip to Elon on Sept. 25.
Following an open date, the Tribe will resume its league slate when it hosts UAlbany for Homecoming on Oct. 9.
Three of the Tribe’s next four games will be on the road, as it travels to Maine (Oct. 16), Villanova (Oct. 30) and Delaware (Nov. 6). The lone home contest during the four-game stretch comes against Towson on Oct. 23.
W&M will conclude the regular season with home games versus a pair of longtime in-state rivals – James Madison (Nov. 13) and Richmond (Nov. 20).
