VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - A man is suffering serious injuries after police say a drive-by shooting took place on Monday.
Around 11:32 p.m., police say they received a call in regards to a shooting that had taken place in the 5400 block of Lynbrook Landing.
Officials determined that an adult male was walking down the street when an occupant of a moving vehicle began shooting at him.
The adult male sustained serious injuries from gunshot wounds, and was transported to a local hospital by emergency services.
