VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Police in Virginia Beach are trying to identify two people in connection to a petit larceny case.
According to police, the man seen in the plaid shirt grabbed two bottles of Hennessy from the ABC store on Northampton Blvd. and left without paying.
They say the other man then walked out after him, laughing.
They left in a newer model white sedan.
