as zero expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold
wind chills as low as 5 below possible.
* WHERE...In North Carolina, Bertie, Hertford, and Northampton
Counties. In Virginia, James City, Southampton, and Surry Counties.
* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 1 AM EST Sunday. For
the Extreme Cold Warning, from 1 AM to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 5 below zero could result
in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
