A refreshing day is ahead with slightly temperatures with highs near 80. The conditions are going to be drier with little to no chance of rain and less humid. Expect a sunny afternoon after a few showers during the morning hours. A cool breeze off the water will keep the oceanfront feeling cooler than most areas inland.

Sunshine continues into Monday with highs in the upper 70s. Temperatures will return to the mid 80s by Tuesday, but no rain is expected with the warm up. Rain chances are coming back for the second half of the week as temperatures rise with an uptick in humidity.

Tracking Cristobal
Tropical Storm Cristobal continues to inch closer to Louisiana with a possible landfall late Sunday. Cristobal is moving north with max sustained winds of 50 mph as of Sunday morning. Conditions are expected to deteriorate as the tropical storm reaches the northern gulf coast, and it has the potential to strengthen then slowly weaken over land late Sunday into Monday.
