A beautiful day ahead after a cold start with some areas dealing with a frost or freeze.

Highs are warming up into the 60s this afternoon with a light southwest wind at 5-10 mph. This is ideal weather for your Mother’s Day plans. Overnight lows will trend a bit milder into Monday.

A few scattered showers possible heading into Monday morning as a cold front moves across the area. Otherwise we'll see clouds. The clouds will clear as the day progresses. Meanwhile, rain chances will remain low.

Mainly dry for the week ahead with high pressure in place across the region. Some days will be slightly cooler than others, but overall will stay in the upper 60s to near 70 between now and midweek. Much warmer conditions by Thursday and Friday as high top out in the lower 80s.

Weekend outlook, a few showers are possible.
