First Warning Forecast

The last mainly dry day is underway... Expect more clouds than sunshine this afternoon with highs in the low/mid 50s. An isolated shower is possible later today and tonight.

Scattered rain will expand across the area overnight into Thursday with a couple more rounds possible. Thursday evening isn't expected to be a washout, but nearby showers may dampen your new year celebrations. Numerous showers in multiple waves are becoming likely for Friday on New Years Day. Expect steady to heavy rain at sunrise, afternoon and during the evening. A few storms will be possible.

An unsettled weekend in the works. Widely scattered rain with gusty winds Saturday. The warmest of the next seven days is coming on Saturday with highs near 70. Much cooler with near seasonal highs in the 40s along with slight rain chances Sunday.
