Meteorologist Maddie Kirker's First Warning Forecast:
More clouds/below normal temps Memorial Day and tracking late week rain…

Temperatures will drop to the mid 50s tonight with overcast skies. Areas of mist and/or fog will be possible.

Memorial Day will start cloudy, but clouds will gradually break up through the day. Locations along and near the immediate coast will be the slowest to clear. Most areas will only reach to near 70, 5-10 degrees below normal for this time of year.

We will warm up again next week, reaching the mid 70s on Tuesday, near 80 on Wednesday, and low 80s by Friday. Rain chances will increase Wednesday (30%) but will be highest Thursday and Friday (50%) as an area of low pressure sits to the southeast of our coast.
