First Warning Forecast:
Severe storm potential this evening and a very soggy stretch ahead...

The rest of our Thursday will be quite stormy. Scattered showers and storms are expected, especially this evening and some could be severe with strong winds and heavy rain.

Shower and storm chances will continue overnight. Low temperatures will around 70 degrees.

The apparent cold front associated with the storm threat will stall out along the Mid-Atlantic coast, keeping us in an unsettled weather pattern for several days. Expect mostly cloudy skies on Friday with more scattered showers and storms, especially before Noon. Highs will be a degree or two cooler and in the upper 70s.

Highs will return to the upper 70s and low 80s this weekend. We will see a mix of sun and clouds with more scattered showers and storms possible. Rain chances will continue for the first half of next week. We should break out of this soggy stretch for the second half of next week.
