Meteorologist Maddie Kirker’s First Warning Forecast

Back to Winter to end the week... Skies will gradually clear overnight with chilly temperatures in the low 40s. Winds will be out of the north between 5 and 10 mph.

Much colder air will move in to start of the weekend. Highs will drop to the mid 40s on Friday, a 25 degree cool down. We will see clouds tomorrow morning with sunshine returning for the afternoon. It'll be a bit breezy with north winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts as high as 25 mph.

The coldest temperatures will be felt Friday night through Saturday morning. Temperatures will fall to the mid and upper 20s with wind chill values in the upper teens.

Saturday will be the coldest day of the weekend. Highs will struggle to reach the 40s with a few clouds. Sunday will be the pick of the weekend with highs in the 50s. Skies will be partly cloudy.

Warmer air returns early next week ahead of our next weather maker. Highs will be in the mid 50s Monday and mid 60s Tuesday. Rain chances will increase Tuesday and Wednesday.

Friday: AM Clouds, PM Sun, Cooler, Breezy. Highs in the mid 40s. Winds: N 10-15G25

Friday Night: Mostly Clear, Cold. Lows in the upper 20s. Winds: N 10-15G25

Saturday: Mostly Sunny, Chilly. Highs in the upper 30s. Winds: NE 5-10
