Meteorologist Myles Henderson’s First Warning Forecast

Expect cloudy skies with scattered showers this morning. We will see more rain in NC and less in VA. Rain will taper off by midday and clouds will clear out this afternoon. Highs will reach the upper 40s today, near normal for this time of year.

Wednesday and Thursday will be the nicest days of the week with sunny skies and highs warming to the low and mid 50s.

We are watching a cold front set to move through Friday to Saturday. Clouds will build in through the day Friday with showers moving in Friday night. Showers will continue for Saturday morning with clearing skies through the afternoon. Temperatures will drop from the mid and upper 50s on Friday to the mid and upper 40s this weekend.

Today: AM Showers, PM Clearing. Highs in the upper 40s. Winds: N 5-10

Tonight: Mainly Clear. Lows in the low 30s. Winds: N/W 5-10

Tomorrow: Mostly sunny. Highs in the low 50s. Winds: SW 5-10
