KJ's First Warning Forecast

Temperatures are running in the 90s again today!

We'll see more clouds compared to yesterday as a storm system approaches from the west with afternoon and evening storm chances. These storms could be strong to severe with the biggest threats being damaging winds, frequent lightning and heavy rain. Ahead of any shower or storm, it's going to feel like the mid/upper 90s due to the high heat and humidity. Fog is possible Monday morning especially for areas where there's rain today.

Storm chances will continue for Monday afternoon after a dry start to the day. Unsettled weather will last through Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons albeit low chances. Friday is looking mostly dry with highs in the upper 80s. A chance for some afternoon storms Saturday for the Fourth of July.
