A warm end the week… Expect mostly sunny skies today with highs warming to the upper 60s, about 10 degrees warmer than yesterday afternoon. Winds will pick up a bit this afternoon, SW 5 -15 mph.
Warm air will stick around for the weekend with highs in the upper 60s. Expect sunshine Saturday with just a few clouds mixing in. More clouds will build in on Sunday, partly to mostly cloudy. Rain chances will remain slim through the weekend.
Our next chance for rain is set to move in with a cold front on Monday. Another round of rain will move in Wednesday to Thursday.

Tropical Update
A non-tropical area of low pressure could form between the Bahamas and Bermuda by early next week. The system could gradually develop subtropical characteristics through the middle of next week while it moves NE over the western Atlantic.
