First Warning Forecast

A sunny stretch continues. Warming nicely today with highs in the upper 60s. Expect mainly clear skies tonight with lows in the 40s and 50s.

The warming trend will continues with a steady climb into the 70s for Thursday and Friday. A few clouds will mix in with the sunshine Thursday. Expect mostly cloudy skies Friday morning with more sunshine for the afternoon. A stray shower is possible, but most of the area will be dry.

This weekend, 70s will continue with little to no rain possible.

Today: Mostly Sunny. Highs in the upper 60s. Winds: S 5-10

Tonight: Mainly Clear. Lows near 50. Winds: SE 5-10

Tomorrow: A Few Clouds. Highs in the low 70s. Winds: SE 5-10

Tropical Update
Tropical Storm Eta continuing to weaken over Central America. On the forecast track, the center of Eta is expected to move across the central portions of Honduras Thursday then emerge over the Gulf of Honduras or the northwestern Caribbean Sea Thursday night and Friday.

Maximum sustained winds are near 45 mph with higher gusts. Continued weakening will occur while Eta moves over land during the next couple of days, and Eta should become a tropical depression tonight. Re-strengthening is expected once Eta moves over the Caribbean Sea.
