First Warning Forecast

Light rain will evolve into steady showers today with highs in the upper 40s.

Clouds will linger this evening with only an isolated shower possible tonight into Monday with lows near 40. Sunshine returns Tuesday as high pressures builds in across the region. Highs in the mid 50s for both Tuesday and Wednesday.

Christmas Eve and Christmas is looking very wet. The timing of the cold front will determine our precipitation type whether rain or snow and the amount. Models are not in agreement with the timing, which is to be expected this many days away. However, the front is expected to cross the area early Monday with plummeting temperatures throughout the day. If this occurs, our precipitation will likely be all rain until late Friday into Saturday with small chance of rain/snow after midnight.
