Chief Meteorologist Patrick Rockey's First Warning Forecast:
Our taste of spring on Tuesday was more like a little nibble. Wednesday will bring a 30-degree drop in temperatures!

After a warm and sunny spring-like day, temperatures will plummet overnight to the upper 20s and lower 30s, with feels-like temperatures in the lower 20s!

We'll get another dose of sunshine Wednesday, but it'll be much colder. Temperatures will struggle to reach 40 and will feel more like the 20s and 30s with N/NE winds at 10 to 15 mph.

Our next weather maker will arrive Thursday and stay with us through Friday. Highs both days will be in the 50s. Since most of our area will be above freezing, we're expecting this to be mainly a rain event. However, the northern and western portions of our area could see some dangerous freezing rain on Thursday morning.

Craving more sunshine? Thankfully, we're expecting the skies to clear and sunshine to return just in time for the weekend. It will be cooler, as highs will only be in the 40s both Saturday and Sunday.
