First Warning Forecast:
Drying out and cooling down (big time), just in the time for the weekend...

After a historic rainy day, showers will finally start to let up overnight. Instead of being widespread, showers will become more scattered and will be lighter. Skies will be cloudy, and lows will be a bit cooler and in the upper 50s.

It'll be a dramatic end to the work week. We'll start Friday cloudy with the chance of a few showers, before clearing takes place across the area from west to east throughout the afternoon. We'll end the daylight hours completely sunny. Highs will be in the upper 60s.

High pressure will move in for the weekend, but the weekend won't be completely dry. Saturday is looking to be the driest day with a mix of sun and clouds with cooler highs in the low 60s. Sunday we'll see temperatures warm back to near 70 with the chance of a spotty shower late in the day.
