An isolated shower or storm is possible through this evening. Tonight, skies will be partly cloudy as lows will be mild and in the mid 70s.
Rain and storm chances will pick up for the second half of the week as an area of low pressure slowly moves over the Southeast to the Mid-Atlantic. We will see more clouds, showers, and storms for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (40% Wednesday, 60% Thursday, 50% Friday). Highs will dip to the mid 80s by Thursday, but it will still be muggy.
Saturday will be extremely hot and humid! Highs will climb to the low 90s with afternoon heat index values reaching 100+. Scattered shower and storm chances will linger into the weekend.
