Paulette has become a strong extratropical cyclone.

This is the final advisory from the National Hurricane Center on Paulette, which is 450 miles east-southeast of Cape Race, Newfoundland. Paulette is moving east-northeast at 35 mph with max winds of 85 mph. This general motion is expected into Thursday.

Afterwards, Paulette is forecast to slow down and turn toward the SSE and south late Thursday and Friday.
