The primary duties of the Executive Secretary/Coordinator provides a variety of administrative functions which may include any of the following. Provide administrative support for one or more executives to include phone coverage, reading and routing incoming mail, scheduling appointments, and processing expense reports. Composes and organizes materials and reports, and maintains records for work performed. May maintain budget or handle specific accounting responsibilities. May answer questions relating to company policies and procedures. Coordinate and manage meeting facilities and arrangements. Meeting notes and distribution. Deals professionally with highly sensitive and confidential information and provides consistent and reliable support to the project team. Assist with the management, filing, and retrieve of information from the Project SharePoint and ProjectWise document control systems. Create, edit, and revise documents and reports as required by HDR clients.
