Two developments are taking us closer to tolls at the tunnels in Hampton Roads.
On Friday, the feds announced a 422-million dollar loan for construction and rehab at the Downtown and Midtown Tunnels and the Martin Luther King Freeway.
Also, the company in charge of Elizabeth River Crossings says it has closed the deal for the project.
So what does this mean for the people who drive through the tunnels every day?
