Norfolk police and forensic units spent the evening going in and out of an apartment building at 346 Fort Worth Avenue.
Friday afternoon, paramedics found a little boy there who wasn’t breathing. He was rushed to the hospital where he died. Police say they are treating this as an undetermined death.
Neighbors say he was a cute, happy, six-month-old baby.
They say unfortunately, this is a very familiar story.
Four months ago, a five-month-old baby girl named Asia Brown died in the same Apartment complex.
Police say her father shook her to death.
